KAKEHASHI HUMAN MONGOL LLC was established in Mongolia on November 8, 2024.
Through firsthand experiences in both Japan and Mongolia, we share practical information that connects countries and brings people together.

I care about both the person asking for an introduction and the person I introduce them to. I check the benefits as well as any points to watch out for, and consider both sides’ circumstances before bringing them together.

協同組合かけはしでは、技能実習制度・特定技能制度に対応しています。
現在、モンゴル、ベトナム、インドネシア、ミャンマー、中国などからの受け入れに対応可能です。
ただし、私たちは外国人材の受け入れそのものを目的とはしていません。
人手不足だから外国人を増やせばよい、という考えでもありません。
企業側と外国人双方にとって本当に必要であり、制度の趣旨や地域との共生を含めて適切だと判断できる場合に、
受け入れを支援します。
